Apartment 01

Apartment 02
Apartment 02 features a refined palette centred on Blue De Savoie marble, used across the flooring and seating bench, cut and laid in a diamond pattern to add movement and visual depth. The same stone continues through the kitchen counter, creating a cohesive and elegant flow between living and cooking spaces. In the shower room, a custom bench in Avocatus Quartzite introduces a subtle contrast in tone and texture, while a niche with inner shelves in Blue De Savoie reinforces material continuity and thoughtful detailing throughout the apartment.

Apartment 03
Apartment 03 is defined by the warmth of Rosso Alicante marble, beginning with wall cladding in the entrance corridor, accented by a refined brass detail that sets a strong first impression. Mediterranean Beige flooring provides a soft, neutral base throughout the apartment, allowing the richer stone to stand out. In the kitchen, Rosso Alicante is used for both the countertop and backsplash, extending seamlessly to the first step into the bedroom to create a continuous material language. The stone continues into the bathroom, where it is applied across flooring, wall cladding, and vanity works, resulting in a cohesive and enveloping space with a strong architectural presence.

Apartment 04
Apartment 04 is defined by a balanced interplay of warm and expressive stone. Steps leading to the terrace in Mediterranean Beige create a soft, neutral transition to the outdoor space. In the kitchen, Breccia di Vendôme marble is used for both the countertop and backsplash, bringing character and movement to the heart of the apartment. The same marble continues in the bathroom, where it forms the vanity and integrated sink, while Mediterranean Beige flooring grounds the space, creating a cohesive and considered material composition.
